Lights for Heights

We are excited to share a new improvement project we're working on in collaboration with the Wisconsin Heights Baseball Club!

While there have been an abundance of improvements on our fields at Lion's Park in Mazomanie, we feel strongly that adding lights to our fields would be a worthwhile investment in our programs and communities. We are fundraising together to add lights to Field 2, the main field used by our youth programs because this would allow us to schedule practices and games past dusk. Currently, field space is extremely limited due to both sunset and the number of teams and players in our programs. Adding lights would allow us to schedule more games and practices, and safely play after sunset.

Both of our programs are expecting to field our greatest number of teams ever, with kids ranging from 4K-8th grade. With so many kids needing practice time, and our programs hosting more games, lights on our most heavily used field will be very impactful.

Community support through program sponsorship is a vital component to us providing our players with all they need to help develop their teamwork, leadership, self discipline, sportsmanship, and a joy for the game that we strive for each season.

Our two programs have successfully partnered in recent years to bring a concession stand/equipment storage shed as well as a two tunnel batting cage to Lions Park. The Village of Mazomanie has also made a huge commitment to Lions Park by completing a myriad of major improvements in the Fall of 2024. Bringing lights to Field 2 will be the perfect compliment and finishing touch to all the hard work that has been done.

There are two options for advertising at Lions Park in Mazomanie, with all proceeds

going to the Lights For Heights fundraising campaign.

Option 1 (For Local Businesses):

Advertising Boards - There will be a limited number of boards sold. First come, first served.

The advertising boards will be high quality and measure approximately 6ft x 3ft. The boards will be placed along the outfield fence on Field 2 each season from May-August. Board design information will be communicated to the signee’s designated email address.

Cost/Term - $2500 for four seasons of advertisement. 2025 will be the first of those four seasons. There will likely be an opportunity to renew at the end of that four season term.

Option 2 (For Individuals and Local Businesses):

Sponsorship Banner - Businesses will have their logo displayed on the Lights For Heights sponsor banner that will be placed at our concession stand.

For individuals donating we can place your family name, or an “in honor of…”, on the banner to recognize your generous donation.

Cost/Term - $500, or more, for two seasons of display/advertisement (2025 and 2026)

All businesses who advertise, with either option, will also have their logo and website link featured on our WHBC and WH Youth Softball websites.
